You can return your order or parts of your order within 14 days return, but you will have to pay the shipping costs. Please contact us by email: retoure07@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +49 179/1113879 with all the information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Conditions:

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached to the item

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot automatically offset one item against another, so a direct exchange is not possible. However, you can still easily exchange an item:

1. Simply order the item in your desired size again in the shop so that it can be sent directly to you.
2. Follow the Return Item instructions to return your incorrectly sized item.
