PAYMENTS
You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order. Your security is important to us, so we guarantee that your data will be handled securely.
PAYPAL, PAYPAL-EXPRESS
If you choose to pay with Paypal, you will automatically be redirected to the Paypal website. Here you log in with your user data to confirm your payment.

APPLEPAY
When you use Apple Pay, you can select a credit card of your choice. You'll then be asked to provide your shipping and contact information. You can then confirm your payment using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
GOOGLEPAY
If you choose the Google Pay payment method, you can choose between different credit cards and also add new ones. Your payment information is sent to Google Pay and encrypted there. You must then confirm the purchase by clicking on the "Confirm purchase" button.
CREDIT CARD
Our online shop accepts credit cards from MasterCard, VISA and American Express, among others. If you choose one of these credit cards, your credit card information will be automatically sent to us. After you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment process immediately after the order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
KLARNA
Select Klarna purchase on account as your payment method and submit your order. After a successful credit check, your order will be confirmed. This usually only takes a few seconds. As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive your invoice. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice via Klarna.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us containing information about shipping and the invoice. Klarna will then ask you to make the payment. BANCONTACT
For orders from Belgium we also offer the Bancontact payment method. There you can choose between entering your card details and paying via the app. When you enter the card number of your Bancontact card, you will automatically be redirected to your bank's online banking environment. After you have successfully logged in, you confirm the transaction by entering your PIN.
GIFT CARD
Another payment method you can use is a voucher, which you can purchase in our online shop. After purchasing a voucher, you will receive an order confirmation by email as usual with all the necessary information about your voucher. Please note that the vouchers can only be redeemed in the Motivanova online shop.
Please note that your return will always be refunded using the original payment method. No changes are possible here.
